ACCESSORIES FOR PT BUTT WELDING MACHINE
The LDU Weld Recorder is designed and manufactured for the detection of butt welding values of PEHD and PP pipes and fittings according to the main welding standards.
The recorder has the function of monitoring the welding cycle step by step, suggesting and monitoring, once the data of the pipe to be welded, the parameters to be used.
On-screen messages and audible alerts help maintain the right pressure for a successful weld, while the temperature is controlled by the computer.
A final report also allows the operator to check if he has made any mistakes during the welding cycle. Parameters can be printed before welding, so you don't have to use tables.
Upon request, it can be equipped with a GPS in order to record the position of the welding area.
