BUTTERFLY VENTIL DUKTILE IRON/EPOXY WITH GEAR, STAINLESS STEEL / EPDM
The ABO Valve Series 900 is a concentric butterfly valve with a soft seal, designed for industrial applications. This valve is known for its durability and versatility and is used for a wide range of media, including drinking water, wastewater, chemicals, gas, oil, and food products.
The valve is available in various nominal sizes from DN32 to DN600, with operating pressures of either 6, 10, or 16 bar. It can be connected with flanges in PN6, PN10, PN16, or Class 150, depending on the requirements. The Series 900 is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, making it suitable for many industrial environments.
The materials used in its construction include cast iron with epoxy coating, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum bronze. The valve has a sealing class A, ensuring effective and reliable sealing.
The design is concentric, allowing bidirectional functionality. It is easy to service and disassemble, and it can be controlled using various mechanisms, including manual handles, gearboxes, as well as pneumatic or electric actuators.
