90° PE100 LONG SEAMLESS BEND, SDR17

The 90° butt-electrofusion flexible bend from SIMONA is manufactured from high-quality polyethylene (PE) and designed for use in pressure pipe systems where flexibility, chemical resistance, and long service life are required. The bend is produced in SDR17 and can be joined using either electrofusion couplers or butt welding, providing great installation versatility and reliability.

 

A flexible bend offers several advantages over traditional segmented bends. It reduces pressure loss and flow turbulence by allowing a smoother, more natural change in direction.

 

Thanks to the high corrosion resistance of PE material, this product is particularly well-suited for demanding industrial applications such as chemical processing, water supply, and wastewater systems. The system can handle media temperatures up to 80°C, ensuring a robust and long-lasting solution even under challenging operating conditions.

 

SIMONA’s 90° flexible bend combines operational reliability and flexibility in a single component, making it an ideal choice for projects requiring a smooth, durable pipeline solution without sharp directional changes.

 

Bends up to 800 mm are Nordic Polymark approved.
