PF EXTERNAL BEAD REMOVER
The external bead remover is specifically designed for removing the external weld bead formed during butt fusion (BF) welding of polyethylene (PE) pipes.
The standard tool covers pipe dimensions Ø90–315 mm, and with the optional extension (Ø355–630 mm), the capacity is extended to a full range of Ø90–630 mm.
The tool can be used on any straight section of the pipe, provided there is a minimum clearance of 5 cm from the pipe end or the next fitting. This makes it a flexible and efficient solution for post-weld finishing in the field or workshop.
