PL-GATEVALVE-SPINDLE - WITH PNEUMATIC CYLINDER AND 4-20mA CONTROL

PL-GATEVALVE-S is a unique gate valve which can be used for water/liquids without solid material. In addition to a smooth passage, the valve is leak-free against water pressure from both directions.

The valve is full flow. This means that the valve has a wide range of applications. The valve is especially used in fish breeding facilities, where corrosion-free materials are required.

The valve is delivered with pneumatic cylinder after customer preference. Inform us the water pressure, which the valve should be able to open and close at, for dimensioning of the pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder is offered in these different types of corrosion protected versions: - Standard pneumatic cylinder with hard chromed piston rod and cylinder house in aluminum. - Pneumatic cylinder in high corrosion protection version, where external bolts and piston rod is in AiSi316, and the cylinder house is hard anodized and coated on the ends. - Pneumatic cylinder completely in AiSi316. Reed contacts can be added, to signal when the knife valve has reached its end position.

A positioner can be added, which together with the length giver can position the pneumatic cylinder by analog from a 4 -20mA signal.
