PLASSON FLEX ELECTRO FUSION FLEXIBLE WASTEWATER SADDLE

Plasson Electrofusion flexible Waste Saddle Tee is a specialized fitting designed for use in drainage systems based on PE pipes. It enables a 90° branch connection and is engineered to provide a reliable and long-lasting solution for non-pressurized systems with a rubber gasket. The saddle can be adjusted up to 12° in all directions. The fitting is part of Plasson’s range of electrofusion fittings and features the integrated Smartfuse system, which automatically optimizes the welding process and reduces the risk of installation errors.

When used with Plasson’s own electrofusion welding machines, it ensures a high level of precision and joint integrity. Each fitting is supplied with a label that includes a barcode for the welding program and a separate barcode for traceability and information on required cooling time. The label also clearly indicates which SDR pipe class the fitting is compatible with.

The fitting is equipped with 4.0 mm welding pins and is suitable for use with PE80, PE100, and PE100-RC pipe types. As this product is specifically intended for drainage applications and requires precise installation, special tools must be used. These tools can be rented or purchased from Plast-Line. This ensures correct installation and long-term durability of the entire system.
